Village Grove
Village Grove is one of Temecula’s oldest and most established communities. Located just off Rancho California & Margarita Road, this neighborhood is smack dab in the middle of all that Temecula has to offer. The Palomar Village shopping center is within walking distance and features a grocery store, sit down eateries and small retail boutique stores. Village Grove was established in the late 1980’s. The home sizes range from 1200 square feet to 1900 square feet. There is a creek that runs in front of the community, which features a large grassy area plus mature trees, which makes for a great place to walk your dog or play catch with the neighborhood kids. All of the homes are well kept up, and the small HOA fee goes to ensuring the community is well kept up. Village Grove is across the way from Temeku Hills Golf Course, which is an 18 hole championship course designed by Ted Robinson. The Promenade mall is a short 4 miles away, while Old Town Temecula is a mere 3.2 miles from Village Grove. This community has a lot to offer, including affordable priced homes and a low tax rate.
