Mapleton is a neighborhood located in Northeast Murrieta, just off the I-215 freeway between Clinton Keith and Scott Road, just south of Menifee. Mapleton is a very popular Murrieta neighborhood for first time homebuyers, due mostly to the fact that you can typically stretch your purchase dollar further here more so than any other community in Murrieta. Mapleton is a newer neighborhood, built in the early 2000’s. The homes in Mapleton range in size from 2 bedroom townhomes all the way up to 4000 square feet single family homes. The townhomes are located in the gated community of Willowhaven (inside Mapleton).
