The Colony

The Colony is an active adult golf course community located in the Cal Oaks area of Murrieta right between the 15 & 215 freeways. The Colony was built by Ryland Homes, Mastercraft and Crowell & David between 1989 and 2005. This well-established community is located just around the corner from great shopping, dining & entertainment attractions.
