The Oasis is just minutes away from Old Town and wine country in Temecula. And Riverside offers world-class shopping after a short trip north on I-215. Formerly known as Ryland Oasis, this community was built between 1999 and 2005 by Ryland Homes. Ranch floor plans with 18 different designs are offered and homes range between 1,295 to 2,455 square feet with two to five bedrooms. Residents have access to the 22,500 square-foot clubhouse which offers many social and fitness activities. There is a fitness center and grand ballroom as well as a library, billiard room, and arts and crafts studio. Outside the clubhouse are courts for bocce ball, shuffleboard, and tennis. And everyone loves to socialize at the outdoor pool and amphitheatre.

Golf enthusiasts will love being so close to the course with its strategically placed bunkers, sparkling waterways, beautiful mature trees, and challenging fairways. Instruction is available at individual and package rates. Golfers of all ages and skills enjoy this country club. The facility also has affordable dining options and its staff can handle many kinds of events and parties.
