Transaction Coordinator

Get to Know Me

With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Mishelle, serves an integral role with Localist Realty. Working behind the scenes, Mishelle ensures that our transaction maintains the timeframes set forth per the contract and are compliant with the Department of Real Estate.

Mishelle began her career in real estate in 1990, working in new home sales. After 11 years, she started her family and took time off to be at home with her children. Once her children were older, she decided to jump back into real estate and soon realized she enjoyed the transactional aspect of real estate and began focusing her talents on transaction coordination.

Her husband recently retired from the Carlsbad Fire Department and she has been enjoying working remotely as they are traveling around the Country in their RV. Mishelle is passionate about teaching spin classes, riding their Harley Davidson, traveling the Country and, of course, working with the team at Localist Realty.
